Our rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors and account specialists work collaboratively to create impactful, social-first campaigns across industries including FMCG, fashion, beauty and technology.
As we continue to expand our presence in the US, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Accounts team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional influencer and social media campaigns for our existing and future clients, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
About the role
Account Management sits at the heart of the agency and in this role, meaning you will work closely with every department, as well as a variety of client-side stakeholders to independently and proactively lead some of our large accounts - becoming their trusted point of contact. We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about influencer and performance marketing and is ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you will receive first-class on-the-job training to aid your personal development, all whilst working across a range of exciting clients, from beauty to tech to FMCG. Respond to client briefs and work with wider teams to develop creative informed by competitive, consumer, cultural and platform insights. Write insight-led proposals and support client pitches and presentations.
Build strong client relationships and develop a clear understanding of their business, brands, industries and objectives. Challenge briefs, contribute strategic and creative ideas, and brief wider teams to deliver against client needs. Manage multiple influencer and social campaigns across sizeable Accounts, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Own the full campaign lifecycle, including plans, timelines, budgets, influencer identification, briefing, negotiation, content and reporting. Manage campaign teams, influencers and suppliers, proactively resolving issues and keeping projects on track. Act as a key client contact, managing expectations and providing clear updates, insights and recommendations.
Oversee campaign reporting and KPIs, using performance data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. Manage campaign commercials, budgets and profitability, ensuring efficient and commercially sound delivery. Identify and drive Account growth through upsells, repeat business and additional activity. Lead client and internal meetings, campaign reviews and presentations, communicating confidently with stakeholders.
Contribute to new business opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, proposals, pitches and referrals. Support and develop junior team members, sharing learnings and best practice across the agency. Maintain high standards of quality, organisation and accuracy, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 3+ years of experience working within influencer marketing or social media marketing.
Experience working within the beauty industry is desirable. Genuine passion for social media, Influencer, and Performance Marketing. Exceptional organization and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining an eye for detail. Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems in a logical and efficient way.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload.
