• Transit Pay: $22/hr Location: Houston, TX 77011(Houston) Schedule: Part-Time, Overnight, 16 hours/week Friday: 22:00 - 06:00 Saturday: 22:00 - 06:00 City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a Transit Center. In this role, you will conduct foot patrols, monitor trespassing, loitering and respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities

Conduct foot patrols throughout a transit center Monitor traffic on the property Respond to complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence Requirements: Active Level III Commissioned Security License Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record Ability to pass a Physical Resistance Testing (PRT) Ability to successfully pass a Drug Screening/Physical Examination Verifiable High School Diploma, College Degree or Transcripts 5 years of verifiable security experience Reliable attendance and ability to work Benefits of working for City Security Services: Weekly direct deposit paychecks Advanced Security Officer training Career advancement opportunities Ongoing field training provided Recognition programs Why Join City Security Services?
