Coordinator - McAllen

POSITION INFO: Group Leader RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Coordinate and assign work activities to production team members to maximize efficiency and productivity. Monitor production processes and address issues that may impact safety, quality, productivity, or on-time delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, quality requirements, and operational standards. EXPERIENCE: Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with production schedules, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent required. TRAINING AND SKILLS: Fork truck certification Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to generate reports.
