Program Coordinator - Sectoral Programs (Bronx, NY)

The Program Coordinator-Sectoral Programs is an entry-level leadership role. The individual in this role provides strategic leadership oversight across Phipps Neighborhoods’ Career Network: Building Services (CNBS) and Career Network: Healthcare (CNH) programs. This role ensures efficient program operations, accurate compliance-driven data entry, and strong cross-team coordination to support participant success and program outcomes.

The coordinator will work closely with Case Management, Employer Engagement, Outreach, Retention and Program Facilitators to streamline processes and ensure smooth delivery of services
