Tool Crib Attendant

Job Details: Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Manufacturing, SUMMARY: The Tool Crib Attendant will be responsible for managing the tool inventory at our Brownsville, Texas facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain tool inventory records Order new tools as needed Distribute tools to employees Collect tools at the end of the workday Inspect tools for damage or wear and tear Maintain tool crib cleanliness and organization Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Prior experience in tool management preferred Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Ability to lift heavy objects Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with inventory tracking software EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Prolonged periods standing and walking. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, kneel, squat, twist and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery. Must be able to visually inspect machines.
