Route Accounting Associate

This position is remote; however, the selected candidate must reside within one hour of a Reyes Beverage Group facility in Hawaii. Position Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action items Run register process for each RBG facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP.

Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systems Run invoicing process for each RBG facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next day Run reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.
