Senior Account Manager, Large Commercial Lines

Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Large Commercial Lines based in the United States. This is an opportunity for an experienced Property & Casualty insurance professional to manage a portfolio of sophisticated middle-market and large commercial accounts across diverse industries.

You will oversee complex insurance programs, including accounts generating more than $20,000 in commissionable revenue, while delivering exceptional client service and supporting long-term retention. Working closely with Risk Advisors, carriers, and internal service teams, you will use your technical expertise to address coverage needs and ensure accurate policy administration.

The role combines independent account ownership, relationship management, and collaboration in a dynamic environment. You will also contribute to process improvements and help develop less experienced team members while continuing to strengthen your insurance market knowledge.
