Spanish Client Advisor - Full-time or Part-time - Lisbon

Workster is partnering with an international customer experience company to recruit Spanish-speaking Client Advisors for a project based in Lisbon, Portugal. In this customer service role, you’ll support Spanish-speaking clients by answering questions, resolving issues and providing clear, helpful guidance. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is suited to someone who enjoys communication and delivering a positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Provide professional support to Spanish-speaking clients across relevant communication channels Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information about products, services and processes Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Handle complaints and complex situations with empathy and a solution-focused approach Record client interactions and update information using internal systems Manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and organisation Follow established procedures and service quality standards Collaborate with colleagues to support team goals and deliver a consistent client experience Your Profile Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written Good command of English Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude Patient, proactive and professional approach to resolving enquiries Good problem-solving and organisational skills, with attention to detail Confident using computers and able to learn new digital tools quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal Availability to work full-time or part-time What We Offer Position based in Lisbon, Portugal Full-time or part-time working options Training and support to help you get started in the role Opportunity to develop customer service and communication skills Professional, international and multicultural working environment
