Development Portfolio Controller

Responsible for the integrity of financial information for select development projects and processes in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), company policy and contractual arrangements. Ensure strong system of internal control in support of SOX 404. Possess the most detailed knowledge of the projects and development projects in order to address both managerial and financial concerns.

Review monthly job cost reports, monitor cost activity, develop budgets and quarterly estimates, analyze variances and interface with project managers to resolve issues. Perform balance sheet reviews and audit work paper preparation. Provide management relevant and timely information on which to make decisions.
