Senior Development Accountant

Works alongside of Senior Development Portfolio Controller or Development Manager to serve as key point of contact for one or more team processes to include Fixed Assets, Tenant Improvement, Capital Expenditure, Third Party and/or Development accounting serving as trusted resource for all accounting related issues. Rely on knowledge of GAAP as well as the business, processes and systems to review each deal to ascertain the true essence underlying the financial transaction.

Requires ability to analyze transactions, independently seek out relevant information and apply what has been learned to arrive at GAAP accounting conclusion supported by key set of facts.
