Accounting Associate, Revenue

ROLE OVERVIEW Pivot Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Associate to support the day-to-day revenue accounting operations of our community solar portfolio. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate payment and account records across systems, supporting recurring client fund transfers, completing account reconciliations, and preparing financial and operational reporting.

As a member of the Accounting team, this position will work closely with Revenue Operations and other cross-functional partners to investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies, maintain accurate financial records, and improve recurring processes.The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented, with strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail.

They are comfortable working with large volumes of financial data, managing recurring deadlines, and identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
