Require a Human Resources Officer in Harare

Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes. Coordinate recruitment and selection processes. Maintain employee records and personnel files. Update employee information and process HR transactions using the Belina system. Assist with leave, attendance, benefits, contracts and other personnel documentation.

Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance management. Prepare HR reports, submissions and correspondence. Assist with training needs and provide HR support to employees and management. Protect the confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of HR information.

Requirements

Higher National Diploma or professional qualification in Human Resources Management. A degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage. At least three years’ HR experience, preferably in the public sector. Practical experience using Belina Payroll is mandatory. Knowledge of HR policies, labour legislation and HR administration.

Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills. Microsoft Office proficiency, integrity and attention to detail.
