Marketing & Sales Executive

We are hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a career at the intersection of sales, marketing, and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
• Identify and qualify leads for our HR consulting and technology services
• Assist in creating marketing content — posts, emailers & campaigns
• Support client presentations and product demos
• Maintain outreach trackers and client databases
• Research market trends and competitor activities Requirements:
• Any graduate (BBA / BCom / MBA or equivalent)
• Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi / regional languages a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn What We Offer:
