Senior Sales Manager

As Senior Sales Manager for our dual-property hotel, you will drive group, corporate, and banquet business across both the AC Hotel and Residence Inn Reston. You’ll craft and implement strategic sales plans, build and maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with the leadership team to ensure both properties exceed revenue goals and establish a strong foothold in the competitive Reston market.

This position is bonus-eligible and rewards high performance and achievement of sales goals. Our Senior Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Salary Range: $75K annually - $82K (experience-based compensation)
