Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Dayton Location: Dayton, OH Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule: Part-Time Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis in Dayton. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while maintaining a safe, professional, and supportive environment for patients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients' conditions and overall well-being. Complete nursing assessments and accurately document patient information. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in a patient's condition, escalating concerns appropriately.

Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team. Assist with care planning and ensure individualized patient needs are addressed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures. Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Respond appropriately to urgent or changing patient-care needs. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards.

Qualifications

Current and active RN license in the state of Ohio. Previous nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team. Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow established policies and procedures.
