Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, an understanding of behavioral health services, and a proven ability to drive referral growth. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, promoting our programs, and increasing community awareness of our outpatient dual diagnosis services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to build relationships with referral sources, including physicians, therapists, hospitals, and community organizations. Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives. Provide education and presentations on our dual diagnosis treatment programs to potential referral partners.

Track outreach efforts and report performance metrics to leadership. Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referral processes and an exceptional client experience. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and community needs to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioral Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or outreach within the behavioral health or addiction treatment. Strong knowledge of substance use and mental health treatment programs preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
