The Scheduler is a critical cross-functional role within the Technical Program Management (TPM) function, responsible for building, maintaining, and communicating the integrated master schedule across all active AI infrastructure and HPC deployment programs.
Reporting directly to the Director of TPM, this role serves as the scheduling authority — ensuring that program milestones, vendor deliveries, construction readiness, and customer commitments are integrated into a single accurate and actionable schedule baseline. Required 3+ years of experience in a scheduling or program controls role Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or equivalent Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream schedules with many dependencies Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate schedule data into a clear leadership narrative Preferred Experience in infrastructure, data center, HPC, or hyperscale deployment environments PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMP certification Experience integrating hardware procurement lead times into integrated master schedules Exposure to Jira or similar platforms for task-level tracking alongside master scheduling What Success Looks Like The master schedule is always current, baselined, and accessible to the full program team Critical path risks are surfaced to leadership before they become delivery issues No milestone is missed without a prior warning and a documented mitigation plan Reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management, the Scheduler, Technical Program Management is responsible for: Build and own the integrated master schedule across all active programs using MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent Identify and maintain the critical path across all workstreams — flagging variances and downstream impact to the Director of TPM before they become issues Run weekly schedule review sessions with program leads, updating baselines and forecasts based on actuals Track key milestones across vendor deliveries (Dell, NVIDIA, Lenovo, Supermicro), construction readiness, and customer go-live commitments Produce schedule variance reports and trend analysis for executive reporting Manage schedule change requests — assess impact, update baselines, and communicate revised timelines Coordinate with Procurement to integrate long-lead hardware delivery timelines into the master schedule Support the Design PM and Customer Delivery PM with workstream-level schedule inputs and dependency mapping At IREN, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your health, well-being, and long-term success.
Our Canada package includes: Compensation The expected base salary for this role starts at $85,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region. Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, and equity (long-term incentive).
