The Document Control Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining the document management framework across all active Technical Program Management (TPM) programs supporting IREN's AI infrastructure and GPU data centre portfolio.

This role ensures that all project documentation — from engineering drawings and approvals to vendor submittals and as-built records — is properly controlled, version-managed, and accessible to the right stakeholders at the right time. Required 3+ years of experience in a document control or records management role Strong proficiency in SharePoint — folder architecture, permissions, and version control Experience managing controlled documents in a project or engineering environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage documentation across multiple concurrent programs Preferred Experience in infrastructure, data center, construction, or engineering environments Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management document control standards Experience with document management systems — Procore, Aconex, eB, or equivalent Exposure to vendor submittal management or technical drawing control Reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management, the Document Control Specialist, Technical Program Management is responsible for: Own and maintain the project folder architecture on SharePoint — enforcing naming conventions, version control, metadata, and access permissions Implement and manage a document control register — tracking document status (draft, under review, approved, superseded) across all program deliverables Receive, log, and distribute vendor submittals, engineering drawings, rack elevation designs, and technical documentation to the appropriate reviewers Ensure all program review artifacts are complete, filed, and signed off before milestone closure Manage document revision cycles — tracking changes, maintaining version history, and archiving superseded documents Support the creation and maintenance of as-built documentation packages for customer handoff Produce document status reports and outstanding documentation trackers for weekly program reviews Maintain runbook and SOP libraries — ensuring operational documents are current and accessible post go-live At IREN, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your health, well-being, and long-term success.

Our Canada package includes: Compensation The expected base salary for this role starts at $80,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region. Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, and equity (long-term incentive).
