Local CDL A Truck Driver

Your Role

As a CDL A Truck Driver with Edwards Wood Products, you will: Safely and professionally operate company vehicles while prioritizing the safety of yourself, your team, and the public Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment meets or exceeds all FMCSA/DOT requirements Secure cargo in full compliance with FMCSA cargo securement regulations Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and respectful workplace Deliver reliable, professional service to both internal teams and external customers Follow all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations Key Responsibilities Experienced Drivers (2+ years; verifiable experience & minimum 100,000 miles driven): Starting average weekly pay of $1,470 – $1,540 based on a 60-hour week Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in full compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules and all applicable laws Complete required equipment inspections Apply proper cargo securement techniques Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
