Your Role

As a Yard Truck Driver with Edwards Wood Products, you will: Safely and professionally operate company vehicles while prioritizing the safety of yourself and your team. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment meets or exceeds all FMCSA/DOT requirements Secure cargo in full compliance with FMCSA cargo securement regulations Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and respectful workplace Deliver reliable, professional service to both internal teams and external customers Follow all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations Key Responsibilities Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in full compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules and all applicable laws Complete required equipment inspections Apply proper cargo securement techniques Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
