Human Resources Analytics Specialist

Role: People Analytics Specialist Location Norfolk, VA Responsibilities: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer required with experience with Workday Prism Analytics preferred. Minimum 6+ years of experience required in people analytics, HR reporting, and/or business intelligence, with a strong preference for retail or multi-location environments Deep understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting structures, and operational analytics Solid working knowledge of Workday security roles and how they impact reporting and data access Strong storytelling, dashboard design, and executive communication skills Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
