Job Summary

Own the guest’s first and last impression at your resort. Lead reservations, the front desk, and guest services so check-in and check-out are fast and accurate, rates are protected, and issues are resolved early.

What You'll Do

Lead and schedule the front desk, reservations, and night audit teams to the forecast Protect rate integrity and partner with Revenue on rates and forecasts Lead service recovery: listen fully, then resolve the root issue Oversee cash handling, audit accuracy, and accounting controls Explain the stayover process at check-in, so guests know what to expect What You Bring 5+ years in front office at full-service hotels, with 2+ years in management Proficiency with property management systems Strong cash controls and audit discipline Service recovery and upselling skills Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read rooms revenue and build a front office budget A coaching style and a talent for recovering a bad arrival so well the guest remembers it Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred Why You'll Love It Here A director-level role at a resort A team that takes care of guests and each other Growth across the complex About Prime Group Prime Group's vertically integrated approach unifies multiple real estate disciplines under a single roof, sharing a multifaceted vision of improved, sustainable real estate development through diverse strengths, strategic affiliates, and talented in-house professionals.
