Job Summary

Sell and manage weddings, banquets, and catered events from first inquiry to final invoice. Make every event a showcase for both resorts.

What You'll Do

Sell weddings, banquets, and corporate and social events Plan timelines, menus, and setups with clients Price each event for margin, with proposals and contracts that protect it Lead on-site coordination and resolve issues during events Turn satisfied clients into repeat and referral business What You Bring 4+ years in catering or banquet sales Strong sales, closing, and client-service skills Working knowledge of banquet operations and event planning Contract literacy and event pricing discipline Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the discipline to price events for margin Organization and calm under pressure Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred Why You'll Love It Here A sales leadership role with a strong event calendar Creative input on events and experiences A team that delivers for every client About Prime Group Prime Group's vertically integrated approach unifies multiple real estate disciplines under a single roof, sharing a multifaceted vision of improved, sustainable real estate development through diverse strengths, strategic affiliates, and talented in-house professionals.
