Responsible for guiding and implementing occupational, health, and environmental programmes. Works in close conjunction with EHS Manager and Line managers, reports reports to EHS Manager. Manage EHS operations to achieve the set goals. EHS compliance – trainings, coaching, medicals suvalliance , toolbox talks, Manage, Updated and implemented SHE procedures, Manage Investigated and reported SHE incidents Manage internal & assisted external SHE audits Managed compliance requirements with local authorities.
Conduct Risk Asessment Compiling and Capturing on EHS monthly stats. IOD Management Drive the SHE committee agenda Facilitate external and Internal Trainings Update all EHS trackers. Implementation GEHSMS standards. Fleet Safety- coaching, transgressions and violations Incident Investigation Contructor Management- Verification of ShE File, On site Management of Contractors Mininum Qualification, Diploma or Degree 3-5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment.
