Graphic Designer
Job description
What You’ll Do: Create assets for marketing emails, homepages and landing pages, paid media, organic social, catalogs, packaging, events, and other brand touchpoints. Develop thoughtful layouts and visual concepts, adapting campaign imagery and messaging across formats while maintaining brand consistency. Assist with organizing shoot assets, preparing image selects for review in partnership with art director, tracking retouching needs, and preparing approved images for use across channels.
Help manage file naming, version control, and image archives so teams can easily access current, approved creative. Create lookbooks, product knowledge decks, and presentations for internal teams and external partners. Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, and freelance Art Directors to manage creative requests, align on priorities, and deliver assets on schedule.
Bring fresh ideas and deliver design solutions for collaborations, launches, and emerging brand needs.
Who You Are
You bring 6–8 years of graphic design experience within fashion or apparel, ideally with contemporary brands. You have a strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, image composition, and cohesive design across digital and print channels. You can work across two distinct brand identities and balance creative thinking with efficient, detail-oriented execution.
You’re highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In. Design. You’re comfortable using Figma for e-commerce and digital design workflows. You’re organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and rounds of feedback. You have familiarity with project management tools; Asana experience is preferred.
You have experience with—or an interest in learning—photo shoot asset management and post-production workflows. You’re curious about AI design tools and how they can support the creative process. Video editing and motion graphics skills are a strong plus. Founded in 2013 by Grace Na, Pistola is a Los Angeles-based brand built on luxury-level construction and a street-smart, utilitarian sensibility.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for contemporary fashion to support both Pistola and Daze across all creative channels , including e-commerce, email, paid media, social, print, and brand collateral. This role combines hands-on design and asset production with opportunities to contribute creative ideas and evolve each brand’s visual expression.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, and a freelance Art Director to translate seasonal concepts into compelling, cohesive creative while maintaining each brand’s distinct identity. You’ll also gain exposure to the photo shoot workflow, supporting image organization, post-production coordination, and asset management to help bring photography from shoot to launch.
