This position works closely with mechanical engineers, contractors, and internal teams to provide accurate information and help projects move smoothly from quotation through equipment delivery.

Responsibilities

Review mechanical blueprints and specifications to determine equipment requirements. Select and price appropriate HVAC equipment for each project. Prepare accurate proposals and quotations. Prepare technical submittals for approval by the design engineer. Coordinate equipment ordering and shipment to job sites for installation.

Communicate technical features, specifications, and equipment requirements to mechanical engineers and contractors. Maintain organized project records and track quotes, approvals, orders, and shipments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Heating and air conditioning experience is helpful but not required. Ability to understand and clearly explain technical features. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and disciplined work habits.

Must comply with the company’s zero-tolerance drug policy.
