Mini Storage Facility Manager

Coffman Mini Storage is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused manager to oversee daily operations at our storage facility in Shawnee. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, helping customers, and keeping a property clean and well maintained.

Responsibilities

Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and show available storage units. Process rental agreements, move-ins, and move-outs. Collect payments, maintain accurate records, and follow up on past-due accounts. Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance or security concerns. Keep the office, vacant units, and common areas clean and presentable.

Coordinate repairs and maintenance with the team. Provide friendly, professional service and help grow occupancy.

Requirements

Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, email, and learning storage management software. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable handling payments and confidential customer information. Previous storage management, property management, retail, or office experience is preferred.

Benefits
