Sr. Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver training modules for end-to-end US recruitment processes. Conduct onboarding sessions for new recruiters on sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), Boolean search, and VMS platforms. Deliver specialized training sessions on compliance (EEOC, OFCCP), immigration (H1B, GC, TN), and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Curriculum & Content Development: Create and update training manuals, process documents, SOPs, and e-learning materials. Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify gaps and revise training content accordingly. Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Assess trainee performance through evaluations, tests, mock calls, and feedback.

Track post-training performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives. Provide one-on-one coaching and refresher training to underperforming recruiters. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Team Leads to align training with business goals. Work with the HR and L&D teams to ensure alignment with organizational development plans.
