Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

• Supervise material receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and SAP/ERP transactions.
• Coordinate deliveries with Procurement and project teams.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff, prepare reports, and ensure proper material handling and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and improve storage layouts and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and inventory management.
• Ability to prepare inventory reports and analyze stock discrepancies.
• Knowledge of material handling, storage procedures, and warehouse safety practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
