Requirements

Ability to plan daily work based on general instructions from the supervisor. Demonstrate knowledge of product utilization, stock rotation, food cost, and waste control. Must demonstrate initiative and creativity. Superior knife handling abilities. Maintain standards listed below

Qualifications

Four years of experience in a restaurant specializing in continental or classical cuisine, for a total of ten years experience.  Must meet requirements for Cook 3 and Cook 4
