Position Summary

The Labor Relations Specialist provides technical and consultative support on federal employee and labor relations. Helps the agency manage its relationships with unions, employee representatives and management associations Key Responsibilities: Assist with federal employee relations (ER) and labor relations (LR) projects and task orders Design, develop and implement programs, processes and systems that support employee accountability Support the agency's relationships with unions, employee representatives and management associations Research and interpret federal ER/LR policy, and advise management on case handling and options Prepare documentation, briefing materials and reports on ER/LR matters Required Qualifications: U.

S. citizenship. Maintain an Active SECRET clearance.
