Position Summary

The Training Coordinator keeps HQ training running smoothly by preparing instructor and student materials and handling the logistics behind in-person and virtual learning.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare instructor materials, including course outlines, background material and training aids Prepare student materials, including course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates and course critique forms Schedule courses, reserve rooms and set up virtual sessions Track enrollment, attendance and completion records Compile course evaluation results and share feedback with curriculum and training leads Required Qualifications: S.

citizenship. Maintain an Active SECRET clearance.
