Requirements

One year of experience performing building maintenance HVA C system knowled ge is highly preferred Valid driver's license is required Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech: Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting Documenting completed work Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner Available for on-call as needed and or scheduled About Hillcrest: As a local organization, we offer a tight-knit, friendly environment with the benefits and options of a large company!
