• West Orange, NJ, Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00Hourly, Qualifications: Required Skills Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with gym members and staff Customer Service: exceptional customer service abilities to resolve issues and address client inquiries Organizational: highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Sales: knowledge of sales principles and the ability to promote gym services to support the sales team Physical Stamina: ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs. Experience & Prerequisites Prior experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred Basic understanding of gym facilities Multilingual abilities are a plus Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
