The Role As a Janitorial team member, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned areas are clean, organized, and safe. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in cleaning services. You will work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies according to guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Salary $18 - $20 per hour
