Where will you be working? As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 15,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and technology & communication. What will you be doing? We are looking for an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Water Talent Acquisition Team at M Group on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

Supporting predominantly with volume recruitment, you'll play a key role in a busy, fast-paced, and high-performing Talent Acquisition function, managing a high volume of vacancies across a range of operational roles. The role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer.

Alongside your core responsibilities, you may gain exposure to niche and specialist vacancies and have the opportunity to collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams across different divisions, contributing to the delivery of critical hiring needs across the business. What you’ll bring The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy, and ever-changing recruitment function, managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a proactive approach to attracting high-quality talent. Experience delivering against demanding hiring targets and high placement volumes while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.

A customer-focused mindset, committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer.
