Catering Assistant

URGENTLY HIRING! Assist with the sales process: Propose custom events & orders. Follow up on proposals. Book events & pick up orders. Assist with catering preparation: Communicate with clients to provide an excellent planning experience. Collaborate with commissary production manager to order and prepare food items in advance. Prepare food, equipment & a team for events. Prepare pick up orders & deliveries. Schedule catering team for event & order prep. Assist with catering execution: Cook & prepare menu items to brand standard. Schedule catering teams for On Site events and high-volume pick-up order days. Transport, set up & oversee On Site Catering events. Sell pick up orders and delivery catering.

Pay: $10 - $20 per hour
