Job description
The Senior Development Manager will own the execution of multiple real estate development projects simultaneously, each potentially at a different stage of the lifecycle—from acquisition and entitlements through construction, lease-up, and stabilization. This is a senior, cross-functional role for an experienced developer who can move fluidly between deal underwriting, municipal engagement, design and construction coordination, capital partner reporting, and operational handoff.
