Real Estate Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join Nord Development Group (NDG). This role will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting potential large-scale real estate developments in the Northeastern and Southeastern US. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders while supporting multiple $100+ million development projects simultaneously.
