Warehouse Foreman

AGRILAND FS is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Foreman to lead the organization and daily operations of our feed and agronomy warehouse. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting customer needs, and ensuring products are stored, handled, and delivered safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Lead Warehouse Operations: Organize and maintain the feed and agronomy warehouse to ensure efficient product storage, retrieval, and overall workflow.
• Manage Inventory: Assist with ordering inventory under the direction of the Location Manager, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing products.
• Maintain Inventory Records: Complete and distribute required paperwork, maintain accurate inventory records, and perform Agvance billing procedures.
• Promote Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment. Follow all safety regulations and ensure team members adhere to established safety practices.
• Operate Equipment: Safely operate, maintain, and assist with the upkeep of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Support Customers: Help meet customer service expectations by ensuring products are available, accessible, and handled accurately.
• Stay Informed: Maintain current knowledge of relevant products, technical information, and safe handling procedures.
• Support Operations: Assist with additional location responsibilities and operational duties as needed.

What You'll Need

• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with Hazmat, air brakes, and tanker endorsements, along with a DOT medical card and Chemical Handler's License.
• Ability to obtain a seed treater's license.
• A good driving record.
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• A strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, and willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
• Ability to regularly lift more than 55 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching into difficult areas.
• Willingness to work hours beyond a typical schedule when business needs require it.
