The District Manager, Canada is a multi-unit field leader with full accountability for the sales, profitability, people, client experience, fit, and operational performance of INDOCHINO's Canadian showrooms. The role leads Showroom Managers across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, setting clear priorities, coaching leaders to a consistent standard, and turning performance data into results across the district.
