Area Manager

The Area Manager, Boston is a player-coach field leader with direct accountability for the Dedham showroom and broader leadership responsibility across the Boston market. The role owns Dedham's sales, profitability, people, client experience, fit, and daily execution while serving as the District Manager's visible, on-the-ground point person across assigned Boston showrooms.

Success requires a leader who can run a showroom at a high level, influence beyond their four walls, turn performance data into action, and build consistency across a market through clear standards, practical coaching, and strong follow-through.
