• Telecaller Role – Executive – Sr Executive (Voice Process) Experience – 1 to 5 Years Location – Chennai Salary – 18K to 30 Take Home (PM) Core Responsibility:
• Lead generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a database to introduce properties for sale or rent.
• Information provision: Provide detailed information on property listings, including prices, locations, and amenities.
• Appointment setting: Schedule appointments and property viewings for potential clients with real estate agents.
• Lead qualification: Qualify leads by gauging interest and understanding customer needs, and follow up on unresponsive prospects.
• Database management: Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and other relevant information in a CRM system.
• Customer service: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries, resolving any questions or issues.
