Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a team of approximately three project managers and drive successful execution of multiple construction projects. This role reports directly to Operations and is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~3 project managers. Oversee all aspects of project execution: schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables. Manage negotiations, change orders, and resolve unforeseen challenges to keep projects on track. Collaborate closely with Operations to align project goals and outcomes with company objectives.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications

6–8 years of construction project management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
