Senior Business / Technical Analyst

As a Senior Business / Technical Analyst, you will: Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solution designs. Work with SQL and data queries to extract, analyse, validate, and interpret data. Understand and work with APIs and Kafka-based messaging systems. Design secure-by-design solutions, ensuring security considerations are incorporated into the solution architecture.

Perform data analysis and data management activities to support business decisions. Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions involving distributed systems and large-scale applications. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project members to deliver effective solutions. Participate in Agile development processes, including requirement discussions, planning, and solution reviews.

Analyse complex information and summarise key findings, insights, and recommendations. Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery. What You Bring to the Table: At least 10+ years of overall IT industry experience. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and data queries.

Good understanding of APIs and Kafka. Experience in business analysis, data analysis, and data management. Proven experience in solution design. Experience working with distributed systems or large-scale applications. Practical experience working in Agile methodologies. Understanding of secure-by-design principles and solution development.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. You should possess the ability to: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analyse complex data and derive meaningful insights. Identify, evaluate, and communicate important findings clearly. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Work effectively within a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Communicate technical and business concepts clearly. Share knowledge and support other team members. Maintain accuracy, quality, and commitment while performing assigned tasks. Manage responsibilities effectively in a distributed and collaborative working environment.
