VP of Human Resources

The VP of Human Resources is responsible for developing and managing a human resources function that meets the needs of Downstream Casino Resort. Plans, directs, implements, and oversees human resources policies and activities such as recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and communications.

All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives. The VP of Human Resources provides strategic leadership by articulating Human Resource needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of executives and the Quapaw Nation Business Committee.
