Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Individual contributor • Perform the activities as allocated, maintaining the timelines & accuracy level • Propose & execute process specific automation initiatives • Prepare & necessary process documents/ SOP’s, capturing any new nuances

Experience and Qualification

• Finance graduate with a professional qualification • 5+ of Finance and Accounts s relevant experience in FP&A-specific processes. • Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture. • Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail. • Proficiency in ERP systems; exposure to Advanced Excel, Anaplan, Workday, and other leading planning tools is desirable. • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
