Tele-Sales

Present, Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Team Leader After the answer, convert data into deals, update deal stages and status depending on the interactions.

Update data (Leads, Clients) Status. Continuously improve through feedback. Contact data (Leads, Clients) Make calls, E-Mails, and text messages with data, Provide prices and detailed information about the service Emergency Handling. Must be able to confirm will under pressure and be flexible with working hours.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English C1.
