Major Gifts Coordinator

The Major Gifts Coordinator strengthens the effectiveness of the Major Gifts team by managing the operational systems, donor data, reporting, meeting preparation, and follow-up processes that support successful donor engagement. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate portfolio and moves management information in NXT, coordinating donor-facing materials and logistics, tracking key actions and donor engagement commitments, and helping gift officers stay organized and prepared.

By ensuring timely data entry, consistent follow-through, and clear portfolio coordination, the position increases gift officer capacity for donor-facing work and supports stronger philanthropic relationships.
