Director of Nursing

As the Director of Nursing, your strategic work is done in collaboration with others either individually, in small groups, or in large group settings. You will form dyads with the Regional Director of Procedural Health Center Operations and the Director of Virtual Care to develop and implement a strategic plan for our health care operation in collaboration with the Medical Director and VP of Clinician Services.

You will also provide strategic and clinical leadership to a team of Licensed Assistant Managers in the oversight of all RNs at the affiliate.  As a clinician leader, you will provide clinical services, with 25% of your time being spent in health centers direct patient care.
